Operators
Ms. Nasseem and Mr.Minaz are the Owners and Operators of Brilliant Minds Montessori Centre.
Nasseem is a trained Montessori teacher with a sincere passion for children and their development. She had always envisioned owning her own schools in which she could create an optimal learning environment.
Minaz has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. Brilliant Minds Montessori Centre provides him with a balanced portfolio since it provides a service for the betterment of society.
Hard work and ambition enabled the couple to open the three centres in 2005. Over the years their focus has been on providing a high calibre Montessori program for all the children at their centres. They have also been keen on developing an employee base that is knowledgeable, caring and loyal.
Program Manager
Ms. Aalia is the Program Manager of the three centres. She plays an integral role in coordinating the daily operations and ensuring that each centre is exceeding the requirements prescribed by the Day Nurseries Act. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University during which she did a thesis on the childcare industry in the Greater Toronto Area.
Her passion for children, education, efficiency and customer service make her a wonderful fit for the role she plays at Brilliant Minds Montessori Centre.
Bristol Supervisor
Ms. Dolan is the Supervisor at our Bristol location. She has a Montessori Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Canadian Institute of Montessori Teacher Education. She is a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with the children, staff and parents.
She loves working with children and her loving and compassionate personality creates a classroom atmosphere that encourages the cognitive and social development of the children.
Rivergrove Supervisor
Ms. Ursula is the Supervisor at our Rivergrove location. She is a graduate in Arts and majored in Economics. She earned her Montessori Teachers diploma from Canadian Institute of Montessori Teacher Education.
She is a firm believer that the first six years of child’s mind is very absorbent, and thus must be fully utilized. This philosophy guides the way she operates the centre. She facilitates learning by programming a variety of activities that are fun and stimulating to the children.
Mississauga Valley Supervisor
Ms. Lubaina is the Supervisor at our Mississauga Valley location. She holds a Masters in International Relations but her joy for children steered her to attaining a Montessori diploma from The Canadian Montessori Teachers Training Institute. She has been a teacher at our school for 6 years and has been integral to the development of the educational component for all three centres. She thrives on teaching children how to read, write, and discuss history and geography.
She is an active volunteer in the community and her wonderful, selfless personality is what flourishes her classrooms.
